Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or refund. • Voucher can only be used to get additional up to 20% off Best Available Rate (BAR) room only or with breakfast base on your choice or choice available with participating hotels website link on campaign website. • Voucher is valid till 31st March 2020 and last night hotel room booking must not exceed by 31st March 2020. • Lost, tampered, damaged or photocopied voucher will not be honored. • Only one voucher to be utilized per room per night. • All bookings are pre-paid, no changes, no cancellation, non refundable and subjected to rooms availability. • Upon check in one must present necessary number of vouchers and any discrepancies hotels reserves the right to charge the booking at Walk-In rate if voucher holder fail to present vouchers. • If the date(s) requested by the customer is/are not available, the designated travel agency or hotels reserves the right to advise other alternative dates which are available. • Asia Travel Group Pte Ltd and Tai Hing Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for the quality or any other aspect of the hotel discount voucher and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the hotel discount voucher by any person. • Asia Travel Group Pte Ltd and Tai Hing Pte Ltd will not accept liability for acts, omissions or defaults whether through negligence or otherwise caused by any external party involved in this promotion.
